Spare Tire

What is the biggest spare tire you can fit underneath an 02 Ranger xlt. Ideally I want to put a 31x10.5R15 BFG AT under there, but I dont know if it will fit. Will I need to get a spare tire carrier?

you could just strap it into a corner of your bed. your not going to fit much bigger of a tire under there.

i know a 235/75r16 will. My truck came stock with 15's but for some odd reason the dealer decided to give me a 16" wheel for a spare.

i have the same fn problem, cept mine is a 235/70r16
