if moving your cables/wires around doesnt satasify you, go to radioshack and get a RF choke and wire it into the radio power wires. I did this to my stock radio in my f150 that had terrible feedback/noise and its completely gone now. An electrical engineer taught me this and I was so amazed how great it works.
