hah! :) Maybe after I get out of school I'll get another truck, just for hauling stuff when I might need it. (more specifically to haul that new XR400 I'll be wanting after I get a real job too....) for now though, its just me and the honda :)

its a sad sad day.

nah... the truck didnt fit my needs right now, my honda does :) Whenever I get done with school (god i cant wait for that) and get some spare change for some toys, I'll need a truck again... but for now, I'm enjoying my car very much :D

Why Why Why Why.....oh why Linux?!

I guess if you had to you had to but I love my Ranger. I also have a Honda but mines an Accord with the V-Tech.....lol

Good luck buddy!

Zman that was hilarious!

Sad about the Ranger. I like the Preludes, fun little cars. My friend had one in high school, and wrapped it around a tree. Came out fine due to the solid engineering of the car.

I'm wondering the same thing Allen. I mean really, if Whitey had the Duratec I could understand his lack of affection, but to separate with a LIMA like that..so cold, so callous. Sad.

Hey man, letting the ranger go (while being sad and all) is good if it didn't fit you needs. Nothing like have something sit and eat money when you have none to give it.

But at least your thinking about getting another one (in the future) and Honda's aren't all that bad... as long as you don't rice it out! No wal-mart specials for it!!

Me? Rice it out? :dunno: Nah. Its a solid well engineered car as it is, and it looks great as it is too... heck I'm not even getting rims for it! The ranger was nice, but with the amount of highway driving I do, having something that rode like it did with no cruise control reaaaaaally sucked. My car cruises at 80~85 mph (on CRUISE CONTROL!) with no problems at all, and its silky smooth too :)

And FYI Zman - My car does NOT have vtec :D H23A1, its got the flapper valves like the vtec engines (for some reason?) so its got a little bump around 4800 rpm's, but no vtec!

Well...now that the Ranger is gone...

Don't let the door hot ya where the pig bit ya. Ha.

Come down to Kentucky in October Zman. Maybe I'll be able to take you for a ride in my wife's 2005 Pilot w/ 3.5 Vtec--if she refuses to ride in my "parade". See if all that variable valve timing /variable geometry intake crap is an advertising gimmick. Or if, maybe, a car with 1,000# disadvantage and a half liter less engine might whip the shit out of a customized looking Ranger.

I know I was replying to Hardwareman's post. :icon_twisted:

Oh Will, I know what a Pilot runs, and I know what my truck runs. Its just a funny gif I felt like posting, calm down!

You don't know me well enough. :tease:
