Hey I needto soften my suspension cause when I go over a speedbump I basically get whiplash. Any ideas on how to soften it?

Start using a set of softer springs and a set of shocks that have a lower rebound rate. Soft springs will make the suspension travel slower so the bumps won't be so harsh and a set of lower rebound rate shocks will smooth out the rest of any residual bumps.

Try a set of Monroe shocks, they're usually not too expensive and the have good ride quality and for springs, go for a set of Moog, Rockwell, or Raybestos for the better springs. Personally, for ride quality you'll want Raybestos, but if you want something less expensive, get the Moogs. Rockwell is like if you can't afford the nicer sets.
