So what exactly is broken?

Forgive my lack of knowledge but any insight as to a fix would be great.

Rear bumper is sagging/loose.

Crawled under and I can see that something is broken/rusted away...frame?

Can anyone point me a way to fix? Wanting to place a hitch on this truck...need to figure this out first

you could bolt angle to it a few sections of 3x5 and remount the hangers and a hitch.

Dorman makes frame parts for that. Just about any Parts store can get them for you
