i am now the proud owner of a brand new playstation 3, when i got it home i started playing around with some of the features and figured out since i have wireless internet i can get on the internet with it so thats what im doing now. are there any other neat things about the playstation 3 i need to know?

xbox 360 is better. im not exactly fond of sony products

You can install an OS like Linux on it. And the photo slideshow features kick ass.

pretty much everything about the PS3 is cool. i have a stand for mine that lights up blue when it is turned on.

If you have a PSP also you can do remote play, which is pretty cool. What games do you have? Maybe we could play some time.

I think the 360 has the PS3 beat as far as games and online play go, but there's still some good ones. The Resistance games are good - it's PS3's Halo.
And free to play online, which is cool. Mostly I use mine as a blu-ray player and it's excellent for that. Most stand alone blu-ray players cost more than the PS3.

I have an older 80Gig PS3. I have 4 USB ports, an SD card slot, etc. You can take pictures and videos and put them on your PS3. You can also surf the internet on it and download demo games from the Playstation store. I play SOCOM quite a bit but it's not as good as the older SOCOM games that Zipper Interactive worked on. I can't wait for M.A.G. to come out.

on playstation home, You can make a person and actually interact with people around the world. This program is like a massive virtual world were you can hang with buds and play pool, bowl, shop, pretty much do anything!

Ya, playstation home is fun. I used to play the bowling on there all the time. They did a contest on there to see who could get the most people into there apartment and the winners would get Warhawk for free. My buddy and 65 other people won Warhawk.
