- A properly suspensioned Ranger can be safely airborne for up to 4 seconds at a time! =:O
If no one knows the actual # mils req'd, or better yet the actual FINISHED HOLE SIZE, would a suitable method be to just have the machine shop take an inside-mic measurement on the center bore of the spare wheel, and match that? 
Also, just to verify what I've gleaned from TRS Tech Library, all pre-1998 Ranger 4x4 wheels have a LARGER bore hole than later years, and so will work fine, w/OUT mods, on my 1999 4x4, yes? (I hope this doesn't mean my '99 has wimpy hubs, lol.)
