So I tipped her over today....

wait, is that a chiltons?! LOL

No it's not, don't laugh but it's a Haynes. Which can be bad (The radio section is BS) but this one it true to the word and I checked at work. It matched the Ford manual except the Ford one has less pictures. This one is actually better in my opinion

Im not laughing! ;missingteeth; Thankyou! appreciate it! We just got 5 inches of snow, i'll have to take her for a little spin (no pun intended :icon_rofl:) and not crash this time :icon_thumby:

haha now you can add to your sig "Been thru mud, been on its side, This is a Ranger, it will not die" XD I made that up lol

i'm assuming this is the inertia switch? apparently it wasnt tripped because truck ran for a few minutes and didnt run out of fuel :icon_confused:

The switch only trips in a rearend collision unless Ford changed something..

Yeah that part is key:icon_twisted:

Well, i went out to take her for a spin, it definately has snowed alot in the past couple days! the steel on the front is the start of my winch mount btw. Took like 30 minutes to clean it off. I started it and it ran for like 2 seconds then died, started it again and ran fine. Was about 8" of snow i think.

Why wouldn't it trip if it was on its side? or in a rollover? thats when it would be important too

Was it a slow tip? They respond more to shock than anything. I bet you could turn one of those right over if you rotated it slow enough.

yea, pretty slow, not much shock

eh it'll buff out. jk glad our alright and the trucks not too too bad.
