ok so I have a Dana 35 in my 96 b3000 and everything is fine till I lock in my lock outs for a little bit right after they get locked in my passenger side acts like the spindle or axle shafted is bent or something it like pushes the tire out just a little but then it goes away some time within 50 yards other times it takes driven around alittle bit this is why it's in 2wd or 4wd I have no clue what it could be any body that could point me in the right direction I would appreciate it would like to get this fixed before winter. If it would help I will try to get a video and post it this weekend

Are the u-joints in the front passenger side shaft still good? Maybe one joint is starting to sieze? Just a guess,

U-joints and/or a dry & disintegrating spindle needle bearing would be my guess. In any case, it's probably time to take it apart to inspect things. Either of the above should be readily apparent upon disassembly.
