snorkel, 3.0

just seems way to bulky..lol ill get a scrap pieace and hold try...Just wornder if it HAS to be 3"? Im wanting to do this after my muddin fun over the weekend i fount some water in my air box.

3" Is is, so I was goin to use a dryer vent, and just run it up and make a cowl snorkel. Okey now the qustion, how do you get the hose through the cowl of the truck?
