smittybilt winch

Just wondering if any else ordered a smittybilt winch from here or any other website? If so, when did you order it and have you recieved it yet. I ordered mine in early October, The shipment was expected the end of the month. Well it's almost December and no winch yet. Was just wondering how many of you are still waiting on the back-order.

These winches have been a pain in my ass.

First they were suppose to be here at the end of October. Then they were suppose to have been shipped from Smittybilt at the end of October. Then they were suppose to be here on the 15th of November. I got a call that they came in yesterday. Apparently they have to be checked in to inventory before they can be shipped back out to dealers (me) or drop shipped to you (customer). I need to follow back up with them tomarrow. From what I've been told nobody had them.

well that sucks, yeah, I've seen on other sites where they are backordered. I know it's no fun on your part. I just wish I would have known all of this because I really need it by this weekend and it looks like I wont have it. oh well I guess. I'll get it when I get it. Maybe I'll be allowed on the next rally. you are required to have a suitable winch for your vehicle to be allowed in, so I'm out for now.

damn it, a couple of days too late.. I'll hopefully be able to hit the next rally the. Thanks for the update. DO you know if they are coming Fed Ex or UPS?
