I can't remember how many of those I have helped get off the highway. We used to have one living in the bamboo in the back yard. I rescued him from the street in front of our house.

I have pictures of one of the ones I rescued someplace.

I saw that the other day on Good Morning America and they were all laughing as hard as I was. Wonder if they would make good house pets? That's sure be different.

Would make terrible pet. They smell, are coated with algae, and really don't like people.

Poor animal was probably actually quite terrified.
