Been a while since I posted. My 94 B4000 M50D-R1 sometimes slips out of third or fourth but it seems to do it only on long gradual downhills. When it does this it acts like it goes between gears and makes a noise like a zipper. Shifting to neutral does nothing but as soon as you apply accelerator it snaps right back into gear and you can shift normally.
If you guys remember when I built her I got her on the road about a year and a half back. I put a complete bearing and synchro kit in her then and she has done this ever since. It was never really a problem to me as I would just tap the gas when she did it and went on down the road. Unfortunately I have to move back to USA for personal reasons and need to sell her but can't with this problem.
Hoping it is the 3-4 shifter fork but before ordering parts and having them sent internationally I thought I would ask here.
Kind of an urgent problem so one of y'alls most knowledgeable replies would certainly be helpful.
