So with my gauge when I fill it up (and I do stop when it clicks, I don't keep topping it {not saying it's never happened, but I don't try to do it}) it's about a quarter inch past full, and stays there a while, then will drop accordingly, but not like it should. Sometimes it will stay there for 75 miles, then go down as I use the gas, but in strange amounts. Like sometimes I'll get 200 miles to a quarter tank, then drop rapidly, like half to a quarter will be like 25 miles.. anyway to remedy this? It's kinda annoying getting 250 miles first half, and a hundred for the last half...
Thanks!

Replace the sending unit would be my first guess but it could be an electrical issue. Check connections on the fuel pump and make sure they are not frayed.
