Slight stutter when given gas

Having issues with an '03 Ranger giving me a little hesitation. It's only when the trans is in drive and I first give it a little gas she sort of stutters but then rides smoothly afterwards with no issues until I fully brake and then give it the initial gas again. Any ideas?

What engine do you have and what's the mileage. That will help us get a solution 4 u. I'd first pull a few spark plugs and check for wear and gaping.

Sorry I suppose the engine and milage would help, huh? 4.0 V6 and 103,000 I did check the sparks first but nothing wrong there plus its only the first drink of gas she gets.
