slight problem

so hey people i finally figured witht the truck leaking head gaskets and center head.. anyways i took the truck aparta and got me the parts and shit that i needed.. put the motor back together and she wont start.. everythings back together and in ther right spot.. she rolls over fine so i know its not the dis. shaft being on the wrong tooth.. checked my inerta switch and it wasnt tripped.. can someobne help me please????????????????????????????????
 
Sounds like your timing is off to me.

Do you have fuel and spark?

Did you put the engine at TDC on the compression stroke when re-installing the distributor?

Firing order?

ya ive got spark and fuel... i had the truck at top dead center.. now i gotta pull the shaft and start over with the fucker...

Be sure it's on the compression stroke. The camshaft turns once for every 2 crankshaft revolutions. Put your finger into the #1 spark plug hole, turn the engine over with a breaker bar until air pushes it out. You should be able to line up the T/C mark on the harmonic balancer at that point. This is the right TDC.

so ya ive pulled the plug and tried to start shell start.. but heres the problem now.....i can get one start a day with this bitch.. before i start the truck i check for spark which i got.. she will start and run for only about 10-12 mins then shell cut-off.. then she wont start back up again.. so in the morning ill check for spark and shell start.. i get home about 5-6 and shell start.. but each time i get a start shell quit and i cant start it back up.. she rolls over really strong like she wants to but she dont... guys help me please....

Hints of a thermally challenged TFI/ignition module. Just fine cold but as soon as it reaches operating temp it cuts out...meaning, it simply dies.
 
ya the ignition mod wasnt it either.. i think im just gonna cut my looses with this piece of shit... been 5 months now and ive spent if not as much ive spent more then what i bought it for.. cause i just dont get it anymore with this fuckin thing...
