i already have the 4" skyjacker rear leaves and the stock blocks on my truck. right now the front sits about 3in lower than the back. i am replacing the bs Rough country front end lift with a skyjacker class II kit. what would equalize it out, the 4" or 6" Class II kit? also, is the only difference in 6" and 4" kits the coils or are the brackets different aswell? anything helps...

The coils are the only difference between a 4" and 6" Class 2 lift.

I'd go for the 6" lift to level everything out.

Agreed, get the 6" SJ. On a Supercab, the SJ kits only come out to about 4.5" total lift anyway, and should match up well.

I ordered the 6" class 2. Do i need extended brake lines or any thing else like that?

How much lift did the Rough Country give you? If it was 4" like the rear there should have already been extended brake lines there. If not then yes, you will probably need them.

it was a 4" lift but did not come with brake lines. the kit was "below average". thats why im upgrading to Skyjacker. guess i should put brake lines on my list. what kind are best and where can i get them?

The lines Skyjacker sells are made real nice (I have them on both my trucks). Just make sure you position the fitting on the caliper properly so the line has enough slack, and doesn't rub the tire (in the past, you had to grind a corner off the banjo fitting for it to fit right, although somewhere along the way they fixed it so you wouldn't have to grind it anymore). The SJ lines also have D.O.T markings on them, unlike some others.

Hey everyone, does the 6" SJ lift come out to be a 4.5" because of the weight of the supercab? I have a 88 ranger supercab, I'm looking into getting a 4" lift kit. Does that mean it'll really be a 2.5" lift?

A Supercab Ranger is probably a good 400-500lbs heavier on the front axle than a 4-cyl std-cab truck or a BII, so it's completely normal to see significantly less lift on them.
Coils spacers/washers can be used to compensate for the extra weight, or if the difference is great enough (as is often the case on Skyjacker's lifts), the next size up coil springs can be used.
