I'm gonna be ordering a 2 inch skyjacker leveling kit for my 1992 ranger, I was wondering if i could still put some washers under the coils and still get it properly aligned, because my winch and bumper might make the coils sag a bit and i would like to get the most height out of the coils as possible. i have the 2.9 motor if that helps

I'm not sure it'll be align-able. You can try it, but two inches is usually the max you can go before you need need axle pivot brackets.

u might be able to squeeze 2.5" out of it with adjustable bushings

Yeah it's worth a try. Trev, let us know how it works for you, I'd be interested in how it goes.

and your front shaft will hit the ra xmember all the time...need ra drops for 2.5+

in theory, but in practice alot of times that is not the case.

BUT if it does its as simple as notching that crossmember and reinforcing on the bottom side

hmm...mine hit, at right height its about 1/4" from hitting it. didnt want to notch it because im doing ra drops anyways with jeep coils

Ford sells a leveling perch for the F250 that will set you back a whopping 30 bucks
Raises the front 1.5 inches

the problem is that the "leveling perch" is just that....a perch is a spring pad for a leafspring truck....

well see i still gotta do some research to find if its worth it or just to put the springs under because they say the skyjacker coils don't sag that much
