I have the SJ 6" lift on a supercab with the 4.0 and as i was told, i put the front on the 4" holes on the brackets for better alignment with the 6" coils. If i do 1 3/4" coil spacer with the 6" coils, should i move it down to the 6" holes?

You will likely need to relocate the axle, yes. This will necessitate getting the longer drop pitman arm for it as well (SJ pt# FA600).

I already have the pitman arm on that came with the 6" SJ kit. I need to put on a longer one?

Yeah...there is an extreme drop arm.

You have to keep the steering linkage as level as possible. You add spacers, it will change the steering angle.
