sj leveling coils?

hey guys i have some skyjacker leveling coils on my truck. I read all the time on here how skyjacker coils tend to be softer than the other brands. I've seen where guys use 6 in sj coils for 4 in lifts. my question is with my leveling coils can i add another 1/2 to 1 inch spacer to level off my leveling coils. i have an add a leaf in the rear so i'm wanting to get as much as possible without replacing the axle pivot brackets.

You might be able to... It would depend on where your suspension currently sits and how much adjustment you have left on the camber/caster bushings.

Check the height of your axle pivots. Ideally the pivot bolts should be exactly 1" higher than the centerline of your wheel hubs, but you can go up to 2" higher before you run out of camber adjustment. Add some washers a couple at a time until it's as high as you can go and still align it.

hey junkie thanks for the reply. yeah i know i have the after market aligment bushings which should help, but i havn't done any measurements with the centerline b/t the wheel hubs and axle brackets. it looks like i might have one more inch to work with but thats just me eyeing it. thanks
