I'm away from home visiting relatives and I need to change the thermostat. I noticed that the gasket is leaking some and there is a visible split. I don't have my tools, so I was wondering if anyone knew for sure what size the bolts are on the thermostat housing and on the plastic throttle body cover. I only want to buy the sockets I need to get the job done.

Also, should the factory style spring hose clamp be changed on the radiator hose, or can I reuse it?

The truck is a 2002 3.0 by the way.

in the auto pars store u can buy a complete socket kit for like 10 bucks u would just be better off buying that and keeping it as an emergency kit in the truck
