Size of pinion nut on 7.5 rear.

Rear seal is leaking.

Am trying to make sure I have what I need.

Anyone know the size of the pinion nut on a 7.5" Ford rear end?

1-1/8th inch, or if you prefer 27mm.

Do be aware that both the nut as well as the crush collar behind it are things that
Ford considers "single use items", both are usually available in the HELP! rack in
most auto parts stores.
