Site trouble

It seams that the rangerstation does not like my wifi I try to Connect. To the Ranger Station, when I am connected to my Wi-Fi. And it will not connect. I disconnect my Wi-Fi. And then connect to my hotspot Then\n I can connect to the Ranger Station.\n The same with my iPhone.\n If I'm connected to the Wi-Fi\n I cannot. Connect to the Ranger Station.\nBut if I turn the Wi-Fi off\nAnd just use cell I connect to the Ranger Station. If you could reply to my\n Email address. Because I will be going back on my Wi-Fi.\n And that's the only way I can receive something from you. It's really frustrating because I am joy. Going to the Ranger Station, please help. Thank you
