... at work. When I open the website at home everything is fine. Try to load it at work using multiple browsers and it does load but I get the 'not secure' notification.
I know, your first thought is going to be that the company is trying to block the site. I don't think this is the case because when they want to block a site I am actually redirected to a local page that states that the site is blocked.

Blocking a site through a network is different than if the firewall on the computer is blocking the site.

Their security requirements on the company network are probably stricter than what you have set at home.

The computers where I work give that error to everything, including our own public website if you don't access it through the link on our internal page.

Is the notification coming from the browser(s) itself, or is it a pop up from a security program?

No popup or anything like that. It is just the little tag to the left of the address in the address bar.
Oh, and how about that... it just started doing it at home this morning.

I wonder if Chrome/Firefox, etc have been rolling out updates to the notifications of site security. It's correct in that TRS doesn't seem to be using https with a valid certificate. I can get Chrome to give me the same message by clicking the site information icon next to the URL. Curious that yours is suddenly making that information a lot more visible.

I was in the middle of typing that I don't get that notification when it popped up in my address bar.

I have been seeing articles all over for the last month or so that Chrome was going to start saying that HTTP sites are not secure. I didn't think that was the issue because it started at work long before it did it at home.

Yes this was an update on what Chrome considers secure. Probably rolling out in the beta build first

The internet is becoming a pain in my ass. We don't have https because you have to purchase it. It use to be that https was only used on sites that performed transactions and collected credit card information. Google is going to end up making every site have it.

Likewise, the damn European Commission has came out with the 'Cookie Law' which is why you're seeing a lot of websites with messages or pop ups on them telling you that they use cookies.

TRS uses 'cookies' so that you can stay logged in.

Mine still says "Not secure".

Did you try loading the page using https?

Still an issue with the pages not being completely secure. I've been trying to figure it out. Changed image paths from http to https, but still not completely secure.
