I get this error about twice a week now. Ever since the forum change.. To solve it, I have to go in to the Chrome browser settings menu and manually delete the cookies for TheRangerStation, come back to the forum and log in again, and then the message goes away.

I should add that I never log out either.

If I click on ANYTHING I get this message.

I haven't seen that one yet... I also stay logged in.

I will say since the change... I haven't seen the dreaded 502 gateway error that caused me to log out and back in multiple times per visit.

I seen it for the first time yesterday.

Happen to me a few times after the change but not too much in the last few days

Just needed to close the window and then open a new window, didn't need to log out and log in

I have had this issue with Chrome a lot, have yet to have it with Edge or Firefox.

With Chrome it seemed like the issue wasn't TRS specific cookies, but the cookies as a whole. Chrome appears to be able to limit the amount of your hard drive it is allowed to use for storing cookies, and when that space is full it can't cope. Forums in general seem to be cookie intensive, probably from storing which threads have new or unread posts and which don't. I always just cleared the whole cache and was good for a few months.

In Chrome, I clear my cookies weekly for the most part. and I never really have that many. I don't visit that many websites, but I check several other forums daily without ever logging out and I don't have any problems with them at all. Just TRS after the change. So I thought it was worth mentioning.

I'm not complaining. I just wanted to make people aware of the issue.
