It is pretty low class.

The Ford referance killed it IMO, take that out and it will just be another meh commercial. Their defense saying that if you want to survive the apocolypse you have to get a Chevy is stupid too.

I don't think that commercial is as ridiculous as the Nissan truck commercials. It just made me laugh.
 
As a Ford owner i find it offensive, and funny at the same time seeing as how they have to make it a point to insult the ford cause they know what ford puts out. My grandpa farmed for years and had both fords and chevys but the chevys couldn't hold a candle to the fords. I just have one question who had the number one selling truck for 31 years in a row? i dont think it was chevy!

I think it was stupid cause they called out Ford....if they would have made fun of Ram it would have been better
 
I didn't laugh until the Twinkie part.

I found it insulting that a Government funded company would make fun of a company that kept themselves afloat in hard times.

Growing up, my Dad was a Chevy man - I have since converted him. It was nice to hear him say "I'll never buy another Chevy" after that commercial aired.

To add to the hilarity Hostess either just did or is about to file for bankruptcy themselves. :icon_rofl:

IMO Dodge had a far better commercial. :icon_thumby:
