Any body running the much higher temperature rated silicone heater, radiator or vacuum hoses? If so, any problems finding them? I know Pep Boys used to sell blister packed silicone blue, red or yellow vacuum hose kits. Temu has blue silicone heater hose. Not sure where to get silicone radiator hose.

Brakes are currently stock 1994 rotors/calipers, 9” drums and original issue brake shoes. Drums still had assembly line starwashers on 2 wheel studs each. Hoses are original rubber. I’ll be upgrading the pads and shoes, as long as I’m in there anyway… 😉 Who offers the best braided stainless hoses for a 93-97 2wd? Anybody still offer them otc, or just by Russel components and diy? DO NOT say LMC, please, have had nothing but bad experiences with them on my other trucks.

I wouldn't really recommend either... silicone isn't petroleum resistant in general so I bet Temu hoses wouldn't take generic engine grime well... and I've heard enough people having issues with braided lines to not want to try them, the cheap stock ones seem to last fine enough and are way easier to source... Going with a stout heater hose like Goodyear or something should be fine enough. Not saying you couldn't get some good hose at a big rig shop that would be like what you are looking for...
