I had a bad Clunck clunck and vibration in the front end when I engaged the 4x4. so I tested the front auto hubs and they were bad. 
. So I chanaged the auto hubs out with new warn's manuals and tested them they lock up fine.
but now now torque to the front end and no noise. 
the electric 1354 seems to shift lights look good but no noise and no pull to the front end. I would expect if there was something broken in the transfer case it should be making noises. I can here the electric motor run when I shift it into and out of 4x4. but no luck the next step is pull the electric motor and move it manualy and see what happens. Has anybody else had a simular problem.
