well, i dont think it was ment to be.. no email yet and i dont think springfield is a place i wana get lost in. its 70 miles from me and ive only gone there a handful of times.. i even posted on C/L looking for the owner of the truck because of lack of contact information, but some bunghole flagged it down, yet there other post like mine of people trying to get ahold of vehicle owners...

i guess im SOL... well, guess im gona have to run my truck till it pukes because there are no rangers for 70 miles in junkyards that i can pull parts from.. anyone in NW AR got a single cab reg bed 2wd 5spd 2.3 with good body parts they wana part with lol.

Maybe he could send you the money and you could hold it for him until he gets the money to bring it over? and you get the lowering kit for holding it, etc.
 
thanks guys, i saw those trucks too, but the problem is i dont have a trailer, or a truck capable of hauling one.. but good news, the owner called and left a voice message on my phone, he still has it, ima call him back now.
 
got "sold", sale pending between the time the guy called me at 2:20pm and when i had a chance to call back at 5:30pm... for 600$ Well, i guess i'll have to wait again..
 
ok rockin, that link you posted has me thinking now... i like that truck, tobad the motor is not operational... id buy it in a heart beat if i only had a trailer/strong enough truck.. mabey i can find someone who'll trailer it to me for gas money and parts of that truck.. (parts i dont need, im after body/interior parts.)
 
Yeah if i had the money and time i would own that truck. If it is still there in a few weeks i am going to try to get it
 
f3pb8-2979422719@sale.craigslist.org i think that is his email, craigslist protects it by making it not his email, i emailed him we will see if he replies. if not i would say drive around, look at that picture some more, see if you recignise the intersection behind the truck, it looks like the truck is in a development of some sort, i do like the run up kick the door in and throw him the money, that made for a good Ha! Ha!. i hope that what ive done here has helped, and by the way, before you give up on that motor and before you put stop leak in it, look at the oil presser sender, its on the back, left side of the head and leaks bad when they go out, i would bring a gallon of oil with you just in case and if it is that bad drive it home adding oil every time the light comes on. dont run it to hard, the oil pressure censer is the reason i got my truck for 15$ from my uncle. its a 6 doller part but dont put it in infront of him, it might make him feel like he is getting jipped.
 
i tried to post something earlyer it seems that it dident post, i email the guy and told him that cody was looking at his truck, i beleve that his email is f3pb8-2979422719@sale.craigslist.org, craigslist doesent put a regular email for security perposes, if he emails me back i will ask for a phone number and send it to cody, by the way, before giving up on the motor and putting that stop leak in it, check and see if is the oil pressure senser, when those go out they leak really bad, that is why i got mine for 15% from my uncle, it was leaking really bad and it was a 5 doller part. that stop leak stuff, it may screw up the motor, i never trust that stuff, the oil pressure seser on that motor should be located on the drivers side at the back of the head,it looks like a little sauser, its an easy job, takes about 5 min, and you got a good truck. dont put it in infornt of him though becouse you may hurt his feelings.
 
well i think paragould AR is a bust... the ad 6 days old and ive not been emailed back yet.. well for 350, i should of know it wouldn't of lasted, hopefully mabey you'll get it rockin, i may have to stop by one these days and help with your v8 swap :D

dover AR, about 90 miles from me. the dude wants 500 for it, if i can get ahold of him and get it to trailer it here for 600$ total then i'll bite. i wonder whats wrong with the motor tho...
 
It has been listed before, this is just the first time it had pictures. If i get some money around I might go cruising around paragould looking for it.
