Well, some drunk guy came out of the neighbors house this past week and used my passenger side mirror to keep himself upright, and ended up busting it clean off. About to order a new one on ebay, only about 35 bucks or so. Just wondering how I actually remove the old one to replace it. Its a 2001 XLT with the nicer manual mirrors, not the ones prone to going limp like my last ranger had. I assume the interior door panel needs to be removed to access the bolts, but I just wanted to make sure it was that rather than a trim piece that I would pop off from the outside to get to it. Rather not tear stuff apart if I don't have to. Thanks for the help guys!

Yeah, just remove the door panel and you should be able to access the bolts. You may have to remove/peel back some plastic.....

Thanks for the help! Got it taken care of this past weekend, its so damn nice to have that side mirror again.
