Shudder upon acceleration & hesitation to pick up speed from part throttle.
Truck is a 4.0 w/ 5 spd. Cold start stalling at idle unless I feather the gas for 10-15 seconds.
I hear a strange sound at the back of the engine; sound like an air leak at the back of the intake.
I sprayed carb cleaner around vacuum lines and the manifold gasket areas with no change.
Engine idles at just over 1,000 RPM and wavers a bit. Transmission grinds trying to go into reverse, maybe
related to the high idle?
It has a new clutch and flywheel. When I replaced the clutch I noticed that the right side exhaust manifold
seems whiter than the left, seems to be running lean on the right.
NO check engine light.
