Yup that's pretty much it. Dealers near me didn't stock many Rangers, if any at all. Between the time I first went in to inquire and the day I actually placed the order, the one I bought my truck from had one Ranger that was fully loaded and already lifted with a dealer accessory package. Also, they have this appearance care package they add to every vehicle that you can't opt out of which I was not into. I placed the order to avoid all that crap, as well as getting pretty much only what I wanted.

Mine is basically the most basic possible model you can get, except I added carpet and a rear locker. My key doesn't even have keyless entry buttons, haha. Very happy with it though, got exactly what I wanted, no more no less.

When I got mine it was the only Ranger on the lot and it was slightly used with 5000 miles on it. I was told the PO leased it from the same dealer but decided it wasn't big enough and turned it in on an F-150. It was almost exactly what I was going to order anyway, STX Supercab, 4x4, tow package, and not much else, red or blue.
