should i gt a diff cover?

Personally I prefer to stick to Purple Cranium. You could get a better super heavy duty diff cover for a bit more than that from them and it holds a bit more gear oil than stock. You can get them pretty much any color you want too. In the end it's your choice, but I would give PCP a look too, you just might find what you like.

dont like the style alot of the guys who have lifted street trucks here have them

Mine was just a replacement because mine was way rusted. They have a lot of different styles and are really hardcore trail rated. They have one style called Gear Armor that I used on a 10.25 Sterling axle on an Excursion. Check it out, but it's your money so do what you want. Let us know what you end up doing.:icon_thumby:

Link is bad, at least for me it is. I know that the SOLID diff covers and ARB diff covers are really good, so I'm not trying to bash other companies, just trying to promote a smaller company like PCP. I used to have a friend who had a Heep with a SOLID diff cover on his rearend and backed over a stump. Let's just say the word SOLID was embedded in a stump and the underbelly of his Heep wasn't a happy camper.

I'm running a riddler cover and it's worked well for me so far. Crane also makes some wicked stuff.

Check out Ruff Stuff. They are a vendor on here and they make one of the toughest diff covers ive seen.

For $65 its hard to beat the SOLID covers

http://www.solidaxle.com/ I've got an 8.8 and D44 cover from them. Very stout and build well! Being made out of nodular iron, they should last a while...

thats the one i ordered just not thru solid same price though :icon_thumby:

I do like the SOLID diff covers. If I ever get a Heep or something that will actually be used for rock crawling on a weekly basis that's what I'll get.
