i found a 302 HO with a AOD attached to it still 140k on both complete with dual sump oil pan to intake out of a 1990 lincoln mark VII no wiring for the motor though, but its only 75 bucks for both

I would be questioning why it is so cheap...

Look at the oil, is it milky ? Look and see if there's antifreeze in the coolant jackets. If there's nothing but plain water, pass on it, unless you just want the parts ($75's not a bad price just for the useable parts) If the oil looks normal and there's antifreeze in the jackets, chances are the block is good.

yeah ill look at it, then i have to get an adapter, to keep my 4x4 i wish there was an easier way to do this and keep 5 speed and 4x4
