Shock Absorber bolt torque specs

I need to replace the shocks on my 2000, Ranger, 4X4, off road. I can't seem to find the proper bolt and top nut torque specs for when replacing the hardware. I've been told, "Just snug it up and that will do." I don't want to "Just snug it up," obviously there is a proper amount of torque to use. I'm replacing both front and rear. Help anybody??
 
Front
Lower control arm nut: 15-21 ft/lbs
Upper shock nut: 30-40 ft/lbs

Rear
Lower Shock Nut: 39-53 ft/lbs
Upper Shock Nut: 15-21 ft/lbs
 
here is mine. Hub and Bearing Assembly to Steering Knuckle Bolts 180 N·m, 133 lb ft., Leaf Spring to Front Bracket Nut 125 N·m 92 lb ft Shock Absorber Lower Bolt 95 N·m 70 lb ft, Differential Carrier Assembly Bearing Cap Bolts 63 N·m 46 lb ft, Bearing Cap Bolt 75 N·m 55 lb ft. That is what I got.
 
I just tighten shocks until the bushing squeezes out to the same size as the washer.
