so, i couldn't get the radius arm bracket unbolted from the truck with hand tools, and i don't have an impact gun, so i ended up shimming the play out of my radius arm bushing with a sliced up debit card.

who wants to take bets on how long this holds up?

LOL keep it greased and the card might not be worn down within 2 weeks. On the other hand cut a couple washers into a C shape and put them on with the opening opposite each other then tack weld them. Grease them too.

Pictures or didn't happen.:icon_twisted:

the card is not between the bushing and the metal from the front, it's actually shimming up inside the hole that the radius arm goes through in the bracket.

as for pics, i'll take the aftermath pictures when i get an impact gun up there and do it the right way.
