I'm having a clutch disingagement problem with my 96explorer 5.0 swap to 95 b2300. I installed a clutch, flywheel & bellhousing kit to bolt an 89 Bronco2 mitsubishi 4x4 5spd.trans. to my 5.0 eng. This is a 10in. Mustang setup with an adapter plate welded to the bellhousing to accomodate the trans. The problem i am having is the throwout bearing dosen't release the disc. far enough to allow me to shift.I am using the recommended hydraulic throwout bearing assembly the manufacturer said to use, ford part #6L2Z7A564A but it is not working. the system is free of air with good pedal pressure. Ihave torn this down again and am trying to come up with a solution with the manufacturer of this kit but haven,t resolved this yet. Am wondering if any one has had this problem and what you found to work. Any help is much appreciated. Thanks Ed Cutler
