clean.. what exactly is meant by flipped axle?

It means taking the axle from outside the leaf springs and putting them inside with adapters....

Had a run in with some ice a few weeks ago and lost, slid backwards down a ditch and rolled onto the driver's side. Insurance totaled it.

that really doesnt look too bad, long as no frame damage was done i'd buy it back and fix'er

How much did you spend on the drop? looks like a 4/5 if im correct
