Alright folks,
94 ranger 4.0ohv, from the looks of it, the fuel filler neck has been recently replaced. Not certain on any replacements regarding the fuel pump assembly.
I very recently learned that, if this truck is allowed to hit 1/4 fuel level in the tank, it will definitely die on you while turning. Its repeatable and pretty consistent.
This may be common on this model, I'm not certain, previously owned newer and older gen rangers.
Is it possible some fuel tank related aftermarket component is causing this issue?
When filled up at the dreaded 1/4 tank level, it only takes about 12 gallons. With such a size tank, it is pretty lame to not be able to use the entire capacity.
Any wisdom and experience would be very welcomed!
