shattered my femur/knee

so I am on our high school varsity football team, and im the running back. Last friday in our game against aberdeen we ran a 36 iso and i hit my hole and shedded 2 tackles then all of a sudden out of no where one of the safetys caught my legs. as i tried to stand back up my leg just fell off to the side and i fell instantly back down, once i got to the hospital they x-rayed it and said i broke my femur about four inches up from my knee, shattered the tip of my femur, and blew my knee to shreds. I was then ambulanced to sioux falls where i went into surgery and now have a titanium plate on the side of my leg and for my knee, 6 screws and a rod that runs all along my femur. I guess when i woke up from being put under i was talking to the nurse about diesel engineshaha but all in all they figure only 8 weeks ill be on crutches which is amazing considering x-ray photos that i saw

out for this football season this hockey season and lost my scolarship to shattuck st. marys in fairbault minnesota for hockey and may be able to play both hockey and football next year but i may just do hockey next year considering the fact that i dont want to mess that knee up anymore...........the x-rays dont look near as bad as what it was the doctor said but ill upload em anyways

Good luck and get better man. I know how it is, i was in HS Football and some ass caved in my knee. But i got him back the last year i managed to play. He went to drive at me and when he did i jumped up and planted my cleats into his back. Call it dirty, but ruin my knee he earned his ruined shoulder.

i feel for you man. i had a chunk of bone removed from my right hip on top of being born with a club foot. just take it easy and let it heal up slowly and you'll be back to workin on the ranger soon ..

I don't check my own due to it's the internet. But i figured i'd point scars out to him since it was scares. So chill mate, not need to come at me like that. But as for spelling, i haven't spelled anything wrong since i know spell check works and i have it turned on, grammar is another story.
