When you return and start building, post up, we'd be glad to offer advice if/when you need it :icon_thumby:

Right here DC. Post a build thread when you start tearing into it. We will all help out

I well an thank you both

Need some SME help. So after installing a new trans mount, the assembly still won't allow for full flat belly like before. The extrusions on the rear case are slightly touching the braces on the skid.

On my ranger, I ran solid mounts to the transmission and rear case and had poly bushings on the edges.

The biggest thing I'm worried about is cracking the rear housing case by sitting on the support. I can fix it after Harlan, but don't have time to do so before then.

well, those of my facebook friends have seen, the rear case housing busted. and I used RTV, duct tape, and zip ties to keep enough fluid in it I could wheel. Well, then I couldn't keep the truck in 4 low. the shifter kept popping out everytime there was any tension on it, so I finally just put my foot on it and floored it. Ended up running 1 trail completely, and ripping off a valve stem, then rolled my ankle.

So needless to say, this weekend at Harlan did not go as planned :/

Oh well. Got to see some good friends and drank enough for all the people who follow this thread, so it was all that bad. no pics except the duct taped case.

So now I will do some tweaks on it, as D-Ranged is nearing "completion". Hope to be able to wheel it again in January.

Seth, please post up those pics on how you adapted a 1354E case to work as a manual
