search man, search. this has been covered repeatedly, both in the forums and the tech library. my curent seats are buckets from an 87-88 thunderbird turbo coupe, super comfey. other simple swaps are 80's escorts, 80's and 90's mustangs, other rangers and explorers, etc etc.

If you have access to a welder....the brackets I made fit the universal sliders that are common on aftermarket seats..

I have Lincoln Mark VII seats in two of my trucks. All I had to do was drill new holes in the Lincoln seat frame a little forward from the original mounting holes and they fit perfectly on the Ranger track 1993-1997.

The Lincoln seats are power everything so the recline feature for the backrest needs power to work but in a regular cab I just recline them a little past the cab so when I put them in they are as far back as can be. and they manually pull forward on their own without a lever anyway so you never need to adjust the seatback again.

In my extended cab I just jumped the recline motor with a cordless drill battery and got them in position for me, and I dont have to touch them again inless I want to recline past the driving position.

Lincoln Mark VII Bill Blass model pillow top seats are the best. Like riding on air. Best seats imo.

I put Dodge Neon seats in my Samurai (Suzuki) and they werent that difficult to do. I used the stock Zuk rails though. I answered in another thread about putting seats (60/40's) out of a 87 into my 84 that had a bench. I used the rails out of the 87 and had to drill 4 new holes.

I've got seats from a zx2 escort in mine. Pretty comfy I might add. I had to switch tracks with my stock ones but I accomplished that by fabbing an adapter plate out of 2 inch wide steel
