what are the black ones out of? looks like theyre the newer style that doesnt unbolt. on the blue one, i can see 2 of the 4 bolts, one on each track at the end (top of the pic)

I think they are out of a 99 or newer. The black one has 4 rivets on each side, i grinded off 3 but the last on never comes out from under the rail so i cant get to it
