Seat Mounted Cup Holder

I have an 05 Ranger with a 60/40 front seat. At the transmission hump on the front of the 60 side there are two plastic "studs" for lack of a better word. Are these for mounting a cup holder to? I have seen cup holders there on other trucks in pictures but cannot find one after market or through Ford. If it is for a cup holder where can I find one?
