Will a seat belt from a 92 explorer 4 door bolt into an 88 b2? Or does any one know how to fix the floppy front seat belt?

There are companies that will rebuild them. You mail it in and they replace the belt and rebuild the retractor.
You can also open them up and tighten up the spring. I’ve never done it, but you can find videos on YouTube.
