seat belt trouble HELP!!!

so the spring broke on the driver side seat belt latch and it wont stay on... nobody ever rides with me so I'm just going to switch the passenger side over and not worry about the sensor for the seatbelt light...

anyways, I'm trying to loose the nut holding the seatbelt on and it wont budge... I'm not a weak guy and I'm bending the track for the seat... it's like this for both sides... any suggestions? thanks, Johnny

PB blaster or equivalent? Could try a long breaker bar and smacking the end of the bar. (It works kinda like an impact.) I've had bolts that twisted in two while applying steady torque where the next one (just like it) came right off with that method.
