there's about 40 threads on the subject.

but to answer your question. i can tell a difference. i run it through every 5k to 6k miles myself. and i use an entire bottle instead of just a 3rd of a can like the directions say. let it sit for at least 15 minutes and then i go drive it down the interstate and let it burn all that crap out. works pretty damn good IMO.
