Hell ya it is. It works great. Its worth the money but read the directions carefully.

works great. i used it on my truck at 250k. my truck was pining once i used this stuff it stopped pining and running smother and gas mileage increased a little. my truck smoked like crazy when i did it. i also had to change my plugs after i did this.
