Lots of work on the Bronco(I did it while i was going through my divorce). it has a working winch and I did all the tube work on the cage(and scratch built interior). the mini has the metal lockers, high torque servo and the Pro-Line IROC's

Well, I figured out a good set of driveshafts. First, I took the stock shafts and JB welded some spare universal ends I had laying around onto them after cutting what was left of the factory ears off. I then let it dry for a few days, but that didn't hold long. They were strong enough to wheelie, and tear around the lawn, but I took it up a dirt hill and it blew the front one a few feet away from the truck when it started bouncing and losing momentum.

Then I went back to the drawing board, and all I could think of to work with was a bag of spare traxxas rustler shafts. I ended up sawing the ears off of a female shaft, and cutting one male shaft short, and then I put them together with the female only engaging a 3/8th inch of spline or so, and viola, extended traxxas shafts. I made two of those and ran two 5000mah packs yesterday without breaking anything. I'm really liking these 2.2's, they find traction where the 1.9's would just spin

I have the Integy shafts on mine(it hasnt seen severe crawling though) they are shiny, and pretty, but save for the MIP shafts. I have them on my LOSI and they are bulletproof. Simple to build( and are rebuild-able), and are a direct replacement for the stock shafts.

The MIP shafts are not going to work well with the extended wheelbase links I put on my truck.. I'll probably just get something from RC4WD when I can justify spending that kinda money on something I currently have a working, cheap solution to.

I know some of you think 2.2's are too big for an SCX10, but these things are perfect on an extended wheelbase. I took the MSR11's back off, they are way too big. I'll sell 'em if anyone wants 'em. I love the new stance, the tires barely rub at full compression, and it's light enough where they never get there. Now I need a new motor, and a new steering servo, and I can actually drive it. Until then, I'll stick to my brushless 1/16 revo, it's too fast though.

Well, I've had a Tekin HD 35 turn motor and a hitec 645mg kicking around for a while, haven't found time to mess with it. Been too busy with school and other hobbies. One of these days, one of these days.

i hear ya, i havent played with my little crawler in three months of sundays. i like to drive mine out at a big dam close to the house, but now that it's gettin warm all the snakes are coming out and i dont like happening upon them suddenly.

The RCs look great guys... sadly I sold my SCX10 in nov... but im getting another one here in a couple weeks... heres a couple pix of what im runnin now.
