I read what screamin demon claims on stuffforyourranger.com

but im curious as to those of you have used screamin demon coil packs and what you think about their performance vs the oe motorcraft coil pack? cost for screamin demon coil pack is $89.00 What is the price for the motorcraft one anyone know?

I had the Screamin' Demon on my '97 Ranger. It was a lot better than the stock coil pack. I could gap my plugs out farther and got more spark from it.

after lookin at rock auto, i notice they are about the same price as well.

I did so much to my truck at once I can't tell you how much it helps. In my experience with 5 previous builds and helping other people. You can gap the plugs .060 - .065. Bigger spark, more efficient burn, better mileage. How much I can't tell you. But still getting use to the new, I'm getting 22 hwy. I'll probably get beter mileage if I can keep off the go peddle. It's not my Zcar, but I'm haning a ball.:yahoo::icon_hornsup::icon_cheers:

Don't think it will make much of difference for the Lima 2.3L engines. 2x spark plugs per cylinder, each side has its own pack. And if that helps, I had to replace one bad pack for a B&W one. So its Motorcraft and B&W packs.
